Leeann is our office manager who acts as the “glue” of JCL Financial Group. She has been working with Jim for the past 15 years and her main focus is meeting client needs with a friendly demeanor. She handles all aspects of typical daily tasks like answering phones, scheduling, preparing files, and client paperwork quickly and efficiently. It gives her great satisfaction to help clients and understand each client's unique story. Having been in the client service industry since she was 15 years old, her enthusiasm for working with people has only grown through the years. For instance, she enjoys recounting important personal events like weddings and vacations with clients.
Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering at Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue (DVGRR). You can find her at local events educating people on the importance of adopting animals from rescues and shelters. Leeann also served in the Girl Scout community for 15 years until her daughter graduated high school in 2018. This emphasizes her dedication of giving back to the community both in and outside of finance.
Leeann lives in Stevens, Pennsylvania, with her rescued dog, Noodle, (a golden retriever) that is as silly as his name. Her daughter Kayla is pursuing a degree in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she has been recognized on both the Presidential and Dean's List.
